Partnering with like-minded experts, businesses and institutions to create a new ecosystem of knowledge and solutions for europe’s future circular economy.

Seaweed
Scientific studies highlight the high potential of algae for the production of biofertilizers and biostimulants. In collaboration with GreenCoLab, we are developing a nutrient solution for house plants using algal biomass from the algae industry in Portugal. Discover the SEAWEED2PLANT project.

Insects
In partnership with Entogreen, we are developing a specific compost for house plants, using insects as a motor to transform by-products from the agro-food industry into nutritional sources for plants.

Cork
In collaboration with the School of Agriculture of the University of Lisbon, we are studying the potential for replacing potting mix constituents for house plants with by-products from Portuguese bioindustries such as cork, hemp, and pumice.
